He has accumulated over ten years of extensive experience in management consulting and investment banking. In 2023, Mr. Leung joined the think tank "Path of Democracy," where he is committed to integrating academic research, business strategies, international perspectives, and public policy. He actively participates in policy discussions to drive Hong Kong's development and strengthen its connections with China and the world.
