POD Research Institute is a Hong Kong–based non-governmental think tank dedicated to conducting policy and governance research at the local, national, and global levels. We uphold a neutral and in-depth research approach, adhering to the highest standards of academic rigor to propose constructive, in depth and practical solutions and commentaries to issues, while ensuring that our research outcomes are of high quality, objective, and impactful.

In addition to following the norms of public policy research, the Institute firmly upholds the principles of “One Country, Two Systems”, “Hong Kong people governing Hong Kong”, and a high degree of autonomy. We are committed to promoting social harmony and stable development, while addressing the needs of national security and overall progress.
