Ian Chan holds a Master of Philosophy in Economics from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He has worked in various government organizations, including the Census and Statistics Department and the Competition Commission. Passionate about policy and public interest, he began participating in the compilation of the One Country, Two Systems Index in 2020 and joined the Path of Democracy in 2021. He focuses on economic development, business ecosystems, and policy research issues.
